Our Mission
The mission of Cacao-King is to become a leading cookie brand that allows customers to experience and enjoy the best cacao ingredient exclusively from Nambuja at their fingertips while ensuring the company's operations are done with utmost integrity paired with sustainability efforts.
We make sure to responsibly source organic ingredients that do not use pesticides. We put both the environment and customer's health priority in producing our freshly baked cookies. Cacao-King strives to replace all plastic packaging with biodegradable materials to promote environmental sustainability.
Lastly, we seek to uphold gender equality in our employment and ensure transparency in reporting while delivering good returns to shareholders.
OUR COMPANY
OUR HERITAGE
Our story began in 2019. The company, Cacao-King was founded by three avid coffee lovers over a casual meet-up in Nambuja local coffee shop. Seizing an initiative by the Nambuja government to develop the cacao-based industry in the country, the trio proceeded to create a business venture selling chocolate cookies in Nambuja. Over the course of the next two years, 2020 & 2021, Cacao-King became relatively established with the production and local sales of chocolate cookies based on the recipes of one of the founder's mothers.
Cacao-King is nowhere in Malaysia; setting up our first store in the Kuala Lumpur area. In everything we do, we are always dedicated to Our Mission: Customers eat our cookies with no fear and burden - products are assured to be fresh & high in quality. The company operations are done with utmost integrity paired with sustainability efforts.

Cacao & Cookies
Cacao-King guarantees our products to be in fresh condition and premium in quality. We only use premium cacao that grows in Nambuja hills. Besides, all cookies are made and packaged in a sustainable manner. Nothing in Cacao-King is mass-produced, and all cookies are made suitably for each race and ethnicity in Malaysia. Every bite full of freshness, sweetness, and passion will leave the customers with a satisfied and delighted experience.
